第一会場は海老名電車基地内特設会場、
第二会場はビナウォーク・海老名中央公園。
第一会場ではロマンスカー ・ＶＳＥ（５００００形）を始めとする車両展示、
運転士・車掌体験などの体験イベント他、展示やグッズ、飲食販売など。
第二会場のビナウォークでは世界的キーボード奏者 向谷実さんによるミュージックライブ、
駅長のこども制服・制帽を着用しての海老名駅長やロマンスカーとの記念撮影イベント、
鉄道模型走行会やグッズの販売など。
